The County is pleased to share the following update regarding broadband expansion efforts in the Arboles area.
The Southern Ute Indian Tribe has received a grant to install fiber broadband infrastructure in the region, which may include portions of non-tribal areas around Arboles.
Commissioner Veronica Medina has been in communication with Colton Black, Economic Development Director for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. Together, they are planning a joint community meeting or attendance at a senior lunch event to share more information and answer questions from residents.
