Official Title & Purpose
The measure is formally titled: “An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning a change to the state revenue limit as it applies to transportation-related revenue, and, in connection therewith, dedicating an increasing amount of existing state revenues to road transportation purposes and decreasing funding for other transportation-related services and programs.”
