    Each Year the Planning Commission Votes and Appoints a Chari and Vice-Chair 

  5. Public Meeting to Consider and Recommend PLN25-006 Groves, Rio Blanco Valley Unit 1, Amendment 2025-01, Final Plat at 273 Rainbow

    Valarie Groves has applied for Approval of (PLN25-006) the Rio Blanco Valley Subdivision Unit One, Amendment 2025-01, Final Plat. The purpose of this action is to align the current Rainbow Road Right-Of-Way location to the recorded plat of the lots. Lot 1Z will be approximately 1.13 acres and Lot 4Z will be approximately 1.54 acres in size. The existing parcels are zoned Agricultural Estate (AE).

  6. Public Hearing for PL-REZONE-25-012 Sharp Rezone

    Alex and Jamie Sharp, representing 257 View LLC, have applied for Approval of PLN-REZONE-25-012, a Rezone Request. This Rezone comes after the creation of the Snowball Five Minor Subdivision, which was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on October 15, 2024. The applicants wish to Rezone the property to Mobile Home Park (MH). The parcel is zoned Agricultural Ranching (AR).
