The purpose of this action is to align the current Rainbow Road Right-Of-Way location to the recorded plat of the lots. Lot 1Z will be approximately 1.13 acres and Lot 4Z will be approximately 1.54 acres in size. The existing parcels are zoned Agricultural Estate (AE).
Alex and Jamie Sharp, representing 257 View LLC, have applied for Approval of PLN-REZONE-25-012, a Rezone Request. This Rezone comes after the creation of the Snowball Five Minor Subdivision, which was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on October 15, 2024. The applicants wish to Rezone the property to Mobile Home Park (MH). The parcel is zoned Agricultural Ranching (AR).
These proposed amendments regarding Commercial Kitchen and Natural Medicine are intended to address a common use and align with State Statute.
