Travis and Sarah Troxtell have applied for Approval of PLN-REZONE-25-017, a Rezone Request. This Rezone comes with the proposed Tiny Home Village, that is being administratively reviewed. It is important to note that this Rezone request is a separate proposal to the Tiny Home Village request, which requires a Use-By-Right review. The applicants wish to Rezone the property to Mobile Home Park (MH). The parcel is zoned Agricultural Ranching (AR).
This discussion is a follow up from concerns mentioned last meeting with the Land Use Regulation Amendments for Commercial Kitchens.
