    Lucia Gonzales has applied for Approval of (PLN25-047) the Gonzales Minor Subdivision, Amendment 2025-01, Final Plat at 335 Rob Snow Road. The purpose of this action is to divide Lot 1 into two (2) separate parcels. The applicant is planning on keeping the parcel she resides on and giving the other to her son.
