• Consideration of Resolution 2025-__ Consolidating 2 Lots Located in Lakewood Village, Into 1 Lot, Owned By Christine L. Lucero and Gary J. Lucero

  This request is to consider a Resolution authorizing the consolidation of Lots 275 and 276, Lakewood Village, according to the plat thereof filed April 30, 1979 as Reception No. 94867, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Archuleta County, Colorado, to become Lot 276X, also known by address as: 160 Oakwood Circle, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, Owned by Christine L. Lucero. The impact to the County budget includes fees paid per the County Fee Schedule, generally balanced by a reduction of property taxes. This consolidation has been reviewed by the Staff and is recommended for approval.

• Consideration of Approval of the CDHS Certification of Compliance for County Personnel and Merit System

  This document certifies that the county is in compliance with the principles and criteria for the administration and operation of its County Personnel and Merit System for the reporting cycle 2026-2027 as set forth in the Federal Regulations issued by the Office of Personnel Management of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

• Consideration of Approval of Designation and Support of the Early Childhood Counsel of Archuleta County

  The Board of County Commissioners affirm their support of the Early Childhood Council of Archuleta County and recognize ECCAC as the coordinating body for early childhood efforts in Archuleta County.

• Ratification of the Chair’s Signature on an Intergovernmental Grant Agreement

  This IGA is between the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Public Safety, CBI, to supply local law enforcement with live scan machines and four (4) mobile ID devices, pursuant to implementing SORNA. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation will purchase and distribute this equipment via an RFP process. The CBI is authorized to disburse these funds by Colorado Revised Statute 24-33.5-427. The Chair signed this agreement on October 27, 2025.
  2025 Public Safety Grant with Colorado Dept of Public Savety – CBI
