Consideration of Approval of a Special Event Permit for the Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce
The Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce has submitted an application for a Special Event Permit to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors at their Annual Gala, scheduled for February 6, 2026, at the PLPOA Clubhouse, located at 230 Port Ave. in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The Sheriff has been notified of this event and the proper fees were collected. The premises will be posted for the required ten (10) days prior to the event. Staff recommends approval of this Special Event Permit.Micayla Porter

Consideration of Resolution 2026-____ to Appoint a Member to the Pagosa Springs Area Tourism Board
The Lodging representative, Sarah Mashue, submitted her resignation during the January 2026 Tourism Board meeting. The Lodging Association has recommended Jesse Hensle as Sarah’s replacement. This Resolution is to appoint Jesse Hensle to the Pagosa Springs Area Tourism board for a new three (3) year term, beginning on February 3, 2026. Consideration of Resolution 2026-_____ Revising the Archuleta County Procurement Policy
This Resolution is to adopt the revised and updated Archuleta County Procurement Policy. The revisions implement GSA per diem rates, increase the capital asset threshold, update formatting for ADA compliance, and ensure all policies accord with current Local, State, and Federal regulations.Allison Wylie

Consideration of Resolution 2026-____ Adopting the Archuleta County Grant Management Policy
This Resolution adopts the updated Archuleta County Grant Management Policy. The changes include updated Grant Contracts and management of contracts; added Accounts Receivable section; Procedures to Grants Management per State mandate; added the list of general cost principles, following 2 CFR 200 guidance; these updates ensure the policy remains in accordance with newest Local, State and/or Federal regulations. Additionally, all Titles and fonts have been updated for ADA compliance.Allison Wylie

Consideration of Approval and Adopting the Archuleta County Contract Monitoring Procedure
The Contract Monitoring Procedure is used by all County but predominately is used for DHS. It ensures a process is in place for reviewing and tracking vendors’ performance in signed contract. This procedure is a tool to help Archuleta County ensure that contracts maximize vendor accountability and follow state and federal regulations and statues.Allison Wylie
