Ratification of the Chair’s Signature on an ADA Ford Transit Electric Van Order Form
This order form was signed to authorize the purchase of a 2026 Ford Electric Transit Van, funded by the Electric Transit Subaward Grant awarded to Archuleta County on January 30, 2024. The Chair signed this Agreement on August 5, 2025.

Ratification of the Chair’s Signature for a Letter of Support for the Town of Pagosa Springs
This letter of support is to support the FY2027 Forest Legacy (FLP) application for the Reservoir Hill Forest (RHP) project in the Town of Pagosa Springs. The Chair of the Board of County Commissioners signed the letter on August 29, 2025.

Consideration of Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office, the Board of County Commissioners of Archuleta County and the Archuleta School District 50 JT
This agreement is for the The Sheriff’s Office and the School District to promote a School Resource Officer Program to provide a school-based approach to the development of a positive relationship between students and the police and the prevention of delinquency, alcohol and substance abuse and other youth related problems. The Sheriff recommends the approval of this IGA.

Consideration of Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between Archuleta County and the Town of Pagosa Springs
This IGA between Archuleta County and the Town of Pagosa Springs regarding the staffing of the tourism department and the administration of the Pagosa Springs Area Tourism Board and administration of lodging tax funding in a cooperative effort to promote and manage Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County as a tourism destination.
