Description
The Archuleta County Fair, 344 Hwy 84, Pagosa Springs, CO, needs the following number and sizes of tents for the 2026 County Fair. The Fair dates are July 30 - August 2, 2026, but tents will need to be set up according to the dates below and based upon requested tent sizes.
Tents will need to be taken down and removed from the property starting August 2nd or 3rd, 2026, and not later than August 6, 2026. (If additional time is needed to remove any tents, a request can be submitted to the Fair Coordinator.)
Accepting Bids for:
- 5 – 10 x 10 (July 27/28 and removed by August 6th)
- 4 – 10 x 20 (July 27/28 and removed by August 6th)
- 1 – 20 x 20 (July 27/28 and removed by August 6th)
- 1 – 20 x 30 (July 27/28 and removed by August 6th)
- 3 – 20 x 40 (July 27/28 and removed by August 6th)
- 1 – 30 x 30 (July 27/28 and removed by August 6th)
- 1 – 80 x 170 (Set up as early as July 24th and removed by August 6th)
Requirements
- Must include sidewalls for all tents.
- Must provide all the necessary labor to set up and take down tents.
- Must provide proof of insurance.
- Must provide Certificate of Fire Code Inspection
- If tent stakes are in asphalt areas, all holes must be filled properly per the Archuleta County Maintenance Department’s requirements.
