Please submit the following to the Archuleta County Administrative Office at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date:
- Complete the Application for a Special Events Permit – Form DR 8439.
- Provide a current Certificate of Good Standing for the Applicant from the Colorado Secretary of State.
- Provide a “Premises Diagram” highlighting (or outlining in red) the area(s) where alcoholic beverages will be purchased and consumed.
- Provide written permission from the property owner to use the premises, including the Applicant’s name, date of event, location of event and name of event.
- A check for the flat fee of $100 payable to “Archuleta County.”
