About the County Attorney’s Office

The County Attorney’s Office provides legal advice and representation for the Board of County Commissioners. The County Attorney, with the approval of the Board of County Commissioners, also advises and represents all other Archuleta County elected officials, the County Manager, department and division heads, and appointed commissions, boards, and committees.
