Eligibility

Full-time employees and their qualified dependents are eligible to participate in the Archuleta County benefit program. Benefits begin the first day of the month following the date of hire.

Paid holidays each year which include: New Yearโ€™s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidentโ€™s Day, Good Friday (4 hours), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteranโ€™s Day, Thanksgiving Day, County Heritage Day, Christmas Eve (4 hours), Christmas Day and New Yearโ€™s Eve (4 hours).

Life Insurance

Eligible employees receive basic life and AD&D insurance of $50,000 for minimal cost.
