Region 9 Economic Development District is updating the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for 2026. This plan sets priorities for the next five years in housing, jobs, infrastructure, natural resources, and quality of life across Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan Counties.

Your participation is key. It takes about 10-20 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. Results will be combined with other community input to create a regional picture of well-being and opportunity.

The Archuleta County GIS Department is responsible for providing geographic information support for county organizations and the public. Spatial data and maps are created and maintained by the department that include:
