Region 9 Economic Development District is updating the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for 2026. This plan sets priorities for the next five years in housing, jobs, infrastructure, natural resources, and quality of life across Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan Counties.

Your participation is key. It takes about 10-20 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. Results will be combined with other community input to create a regional picture of well-being and opportunity.

  3. OR Select Interactive Mapping Application for the Portico app to see individual parcels and neighborhoods.
    • Navigate to the property in question, or conduct a search by owner name, address or parcel ID number.
    • Parcel Details include Zoning. 
  4. OR select Layers and checkmark the Zoning box for overlay with adjustable opacity.
