November 4, 2025 Coordinated Election
A Coordinated Election may include candidates and/or ballot measures at the state, county, or local level. Participating entities (school districts, special districts, etc.) will not be known until late summer.
Ballot contect will vary depending on your residential address. During election periods, you can also view your specific sample ballot by visiting www.GoVoteColorado.gov and selecting “View my sample ballot.”

Registration Deadline
In Colorado, there is no registration deadline. Voters can register and vote on the same day at our Vote Center. Although, you must be a Colorado resident 22 days prior to an election per CRS 1-2-201(3)(b)(1).
ATTENTION 17-Year-Olds:
The Colorado Votes Act, which took effect in August 2019, allows 17-year-olds to vote in state and presidential primary elections as long as they will be 18 on or before the specific election date.
Important Dates & Events
September 19: Ballots will be mailed/transmitted to eligible UOCAVA (military and overseas) voters.
October 10: Ballots will be mailed to every Active voter who is registered in Archuleta County.
October 10: Secure 24-hour Drop Boxes open and close on Election Day at 7:00 PM
October 27: Voter Service & Polling Center (VSPC) open
October 27: Last day to request a replacement ballot by mail. Voters can get a replacement ballot in person at the Election Office. Please see VSPC hours below.
November 4 – Election Day -Ballots must in the possession of the County Clerk by 7:00 PM. Postmarks do not count.
November 12 – Last day to receive UOCAVA mail ballots in order to be counted.
November 12 – Last day for a voter to cure a signature discrepancy.
November 26 – Last day to complete Canvass. OFFICIAL RESULTS.
