Region 9 Economic Development District is updating the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for 2026. This plan sets priorities for the next five years in housing, jobs, infrastructure, natural resources, and quality of life across Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan Counties.

Your participation is key. It takes about 10-20 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. Results will be combined with other community input to create a regional picture of well-being and opportunity.

Tax Lien Sale

The 2025 Tax Lien Sale will be conducted on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

To register and access the latest information go to Archuleta County Colorado Official Tax Lien Auction Site.

The tax lien website will go live on October 1, 2025. Investors will then be able to register, view current delinquent accounts, access bidding rules and sign up for the Real Auction webinar training. 

The Real Property Tax Lien Sale will be hosted online at Archuleta County Colorado Official Tax Lien Auction Site. 

Delinquent account lists will be available below once the newspaper publishes them. 

Lien purchasers are required to complete a W-9 Form at the time of registration.
