Noxious Weed Revegetation Program

The Archuleta County Noxious Weed Revegetation Program is part of a coordinated grant between the San Juan Conservation District, CSU Extension, and the County Weed and Pest Department. The program is administered by the San Juan Conservation District and all supporting documents must be received by Conservation District staff.

Citizens who treat noxious weeds on their own property are eligible to receive reimbursement in the form of native grass or wildflower seeds.

Native seed mixes are on a first-come first-serve basis and can only go to the cost of noxious weed mitigation. Funds are available on a year to year basis dependent on grant funding.
